Energy-saving measures

Thermal insulation of external walls with an integrated thermal insulation system with EPS – 12cm, L=O.035 W/mK, glue, doweling, puttying of mesh and silicate plaster – 1134.80 sq.m.
Laying horizontal fire protection strips (h=20cm) from an integrated thermal insulation system with stone wool (CRO min. A2) – 12cm, L=O.041 W/mK, glue (CRO – min. A2), doweling (steel dowel with CRO A2), puttying of mesh and silicate plaster – 84.70 sq.m.
Wrapping around the windows with XPS d=2cm, glue, putty on mesh and silicate plaster – 702.80 l.m.
Thermal insulation of external walls on the first floor (stone masonry) – from the inside with thermal insulation min. wool d=12cm laid in a plasterboard front wall cladding d= 1.25cm and steel profiles – 458.00 sq.m.
Waterproofing of external walls on the first floor of the west facade (stone masonry) – from the inside with 2 layers of two-component plastered waterproofing on a cement basis – 151.00 sq.m.
Replacement of joinery – dismantling of old wooden and aluminum joinery and installation of new 6-chamber PVC joinery with triple glazing and US1.04W/m2K – 381.75 sq.m.
Replacement of doors with aluminum profile, interrupted thermal bridge and Us2.20W/m2K – 30.00 pcs.
Dismantling of old heating system and installation of new heating and cooling system type VRV/VRF with internal wall convectors – 8.00 pcs. outdoor units and 118.00 pcs. indoor units. Installation of fans with a circuit board for automatic stop of indoor units – 134.00 pcs. Delivery and installation of HVAC system control panel – 1 pc.
Construction of a photovoltaic installation up to 100kW
A RES installation with three solar panels for DHW production has been built. Domestic hot water for the building is provided by a 300l volumetric boiler with two coils and an additional electric heater, with one coil being powered by an air-to-water heat pump and the other by solar panels. The solar panels are equipped with a solar control panel.
A grounding installation has been built.
