Our history begins in 2008 when the company started its activities under the name “Sports Flooring” Ltd. with the ambition to work for the construction of a modern sports infrastructure, meeting all modern norms and standards and reflecting the prospects of the future.
With small steps, we confidently set off on our way forward. We gained experience, created partnerships, worked hard, built sports fields, playgrounds, football fields, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, combined and multifunctional sports fields. Our innovative approach, the quality of our materials and work, our dedication to performance, left our clients satisfied and turned them into our trusted partners.
We gradually expanded the scope of our activities. We began to design, renovate and build, along with sports facilities and sites, residential buildings, offices and industrial areas, infrastructure sites, including water supply and sewage pipelines, roads and streets.
The development of the activity and the upgrading of the construction sites we carry out, necessitated a change of the company name to respond to the growth. And so from January 2016. the company continued to operate as “ARETE STROY” EOOD.
Recognition from the construction guild was not long in coming. In 2017. we received a “Golden Award” from the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria for achieved results in high-rise construction and its associated infrastructure.
The accumulated experience and partnerships built over the years with established manufacturers, the work models we have created allow us to offer our clients a final product that meets all modern requirements and standards, incorporating the innovations and achievements of the best European manufacturers, satisfying both the technical and aesthetic requirements of modern construction.
Quality.
This is the leading priority in our work. When carrying out the construction, we apply the quality management system introduced in the company according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. When implementing the projects we undertake, we try to offer materials from manufacturers who have proven the excellent characteristics of the products they produce. Each material goes through several levels of testing before being used in the construction in order to prevent deviations from quality standards. The execution of the construction work itself is also subject to strict control by qualified experts who have undergone the necessary training.

Construction is a specific process in which the human factor plays a significant role. Over the years of work, we have managed to assemble a team of highly qualified specialists – consultants, designers, architects, engineers, specialized construction workers. Our management team includes experts with extensive professional experience and skills. At “ARETE STROY” EOOD, we ensure that our people maintain, upgrade and enrich both their knowledge and skills in order to keep up with new technologies and innovations in materials and construction processes. Our installation teams include young and well-trained specialists who perform the tasks assigned to them with quality and on time.

Therefore, the availability of appropriate equipment is essential for every construction project. That is why “ARETE STROY” EOOD has and maintains its own specialized equipment, ensuring the implementation of mechanized construction and assembly works. Our trusted supplier of construction mechanization is our long-standing partner “EUROMARKET GROUP” EAD.
Part of the company’s own machinery are: KOMATSU crawler excavators, HIDROMEK combined excavator, AMMAN roller, GEHL mini front-end loaders and many others.
