"Todor Minkov" SOFIA

Major roof repairs and introduction of measures to increase energy efficiency at the 20th Todor Minkov Elementary School, Sofia, Triaditsa District, 27 Knyaz Boris I Street

The repair work on the site was carried out in the period 2022-2023.

Architectural monument – category “local importance”, with reg. No. 402 in the National Institute of Cultural Heritage. The building falls within the scope of a territory with cultural and historical heritage with the status of a group immovable cultural value “Russian Monument Zone – Bukata” /Zh-4/ in the city of Sofia, declared by letter No. 4469 of 22.08.1986 of the National Institute of Cultural Heritage as a group monument of culture /GNKC/.

The roof of the building was dismantled and replaced completely, including the gutters, waterproofing and vapor barrier were made, and measures to introduce energy efficiency were implemented. The attic space has also been renovated – we replaced the old windows, installed drywall, putty, and painted.
