"Tolstoy" Residential Building

Design and implementation of construction works for energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building – Kardzhali, Veselchani-2, 4, Tolstoy block

The building is a multi-family residential building, located in Veselchani-2,4 Tolstoy block №4, Kardzhali, Kardzhali municipality, which consists of four sections. Each of the sections has a separate entrance – “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, as sections “A” and “B” are separated from sections “C” and “D” by means of a deformation joint. Each section consists of five above-ground residential floors, a semi-underground floor with basements and an attic floor with a clear height of 1.00 m.

PERFORMED ACTIVITIES:

Design and author’s supervision

Construction works, including:

Thermal insulation of external walls including laying thermal insulation, plastering, painting;

Thermal insulation of floors;

Replacement of joinery;

Internal plastering;

Implementation of moisture-resistant plasterboard linings on installation verticals in the building, including putty, priming and three-time painting with latex, corner and edge protection profiles

Lightning protection and grounding system
