Measures to increase the energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building located in the city of Stara Zagora, 11 “Hrishtyan Voyvoda” Str.

Technical and economic indicators:

Built-up area: 447.39 sq.m.

Expanded built-up area: 4289.40 sq.m.

Building height: elevation board 23.65 m.. elevation st.cell 25.20 m.

The building is 8 floors and has two separate entrances to the terrain. There are 40 separate apartments. The building has passenger elevators for both entrances.

In fulfillment of the contract, we completely replaced the joinery, performed thermal insulation of walls, hydro and thermal insulation of the roof.
